Terms of sale

scope
These provisions apply as the basis for business transactions between Seven4home as the supplier and the customer, unless the customer rejects them in writing. They are also valid for each individual order within the framework of the business relationship between the parties. Agreements between the parties that deviate from these GTC must be in writing to be valid. Otherwise, the provisions of the Swiss Code of Obligations apply. In principle, we only deliver within Switzerland and the Principality of Liechtenstein. For deliveries abroad, please contact us in advance.

Prices
All prices quoted are net and include all statutory taxes.

prepayment
Orders placed in advance are also considered a legally valid purchase contract.

We offer payment options with Stripe (credit cards such as Mastercard and Visa), Twint or bank prepayment.

Data transfer on our website
All data is transmitted in encrypted form.

Delivery / shipping costs
We deliver within Switzerland and FL. We charge a shipping fee, which is mentioned with every order. In the case of campaigns, we can waive the shipping costs. The shipping costs are calculated per order or per package.
We calculate shipping costs for parcels with A Mail at CHF 9.90
We calculate shipping costs for parcels with B Mail at CHF 7.90
Orders of CHF 150 or more can be sent postage free.

return
Product Withdrawals in Case of warranty or quality defect must be agreed with us. Products that are not returned due to a defect can be rejected by us or reimbursed with a deduction of up to 50%. The sales packaging and the product contained in it must be damaged without exception for a return. Repayments are paid exclusively to the Swiss bank account of the buyer. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

guarantee
The guarantee period is 24 months from the date of purchase. We will replace the product if there is a warranty claim. Rescission or price reduction are excluded.

Liability
The liability for delivered items on our part is measured at most up to the invoiced amount or by their replacement. Our company is only liable for any production defects to the extent that it is subject to product liability under mandatory Swiss law. Further obligations are expressly excluded.

Jurisdiction and Applicable Law
Place of performance and place of jurisdiction for both parties is Solothurn. The legal relationship is subject to Swiss law.
